Newmac’s WAO-wood and the GAO / Coal solid fuel Add-On furnaces are designed for operation in conjunction with existing residential oil furnace systems.
Both furnaces provide increased heating efficiency without the expense of an all new retrofit installation. The Newmac WAO-Wood and GAO Coal furnaces have a performace range of 80,000-100,000 BTUs. They are WARNOCK-HERSEY listed as an add-on for use with an oil-fired system which has a firing rate of .75 gph to 1.10 gph. Tested to CSA Standard 336.1M and UL Standard 391.
