How does this work whenI clean the chimney/flue. Does it actually burn the creosote from slow/low fires. Usually clean chimney only 1x year since wood air tight (napoleon) is our only heat source. Mostly burned at med.high to high all winter (8 months) thanks in advance

               My electric programmable thermostat won't bring on the blower in heating mode. You can bring the blower on by switching the sub-base to "on" but on a call for heat the blower won't operate. What can be the problem??

               i have a rheem high efficient furnace that is 8 years old, my problem is excessive moisture in the upper cabinet area. what could be the possible cause of this? At first i thought it was the really cold air it was bringing in the intake but it since has warmed up and it still seems to have the moisture. is there a seal around the exhaust blower unit that could be putting combustion air back into the cabinet?
