Two Samsung Training Schools Held

With the new 13 seer R410A Mini Splits came changes and new product technology. To keep our customers up to speed we offered two service schools. John Miles from the west coast office and Mike Steinke from the east coast office did a great job of presenting the information. The school covered both installation and troubleshooting the new Samsung Heat Pump with the new inverter drive technology which enables units to reach as high as 20 Seer. The installers learned about the Samsung smart inverter DC drive inverter compressor. The DC driven compressor features the ability to vary the compressor output to match the capacity required inside the room.
