Residential or Commercial Program Modes for any job—each mode provides its own unique programming options, such as 4 or 2 events per day. Recirculating Fan Mode provides even temperature distribution and improves indoor air quality by running the system fan between heating or cooling cycles. Auto Changeover Mode selects between the heating or cooling mode to provide optimal comfort.

Multi-Level Keypad Lockout prevents accidental or undesired temperature or settings adjustment, featuring two levels of security. When installing a 5300, the installer has the option of controlling the temperature sensing by using only the thermostat, only the remote sensor or by averaging the two. Installer Clear Button located on inside of thermostat, this button resets ALL installer and user settings to the factory default settings. User Reset Button returns user options to default settings if previously programmed.
