Here is a way to help your customers save money on energy costs and allow them to “Go Green” to help the ecology at the same time. LEVITON’s model 9860B is a keyless CFL (compact fluorescent lamp) ENERGY STAR rated ceiling lampholder that uses less energy than a standard incandescent lamp.

The 9860B lampholder features a 13w GU24 base CFL with an output of 900 lumens which is higher than a typical 60 watt incandescent bulb, reducing electrical energy consumption (GO GREEN!). Made of impact resistant thermoplastic, normal applications for the 9860B include closets, garages, basements, utility rooms and attics – all places the keyless incandescent lampholders were installed in the past. The unit comes with a limited 2 year warranty. A polycarbonate guard (9860L) is available for lamp protection .
